When to contact the mediator

If a written complaint addressed to Enerlab Academy did not lead to a satisfactory resolution within 60 days, you may refer the dispute free of charge to the consumer-rights mediator.

Designated mediator: MEDICYS

Enerlab Academy is affiliated with MEDICYS, an authorised consumer-rights mediator referenced by the French Commission for Mediation of Consumer Disputes (CECMC).
