Teaching approach

Active learning, project-based teaching, individualised support

Active learning

At Enerlab Academy, teaching is hands-on. Students don't just listen — they build, prototype, present, debate, and apply concepts to real-world cases brought in by our corporate partners.

Project-based teaching

Every programme features at least one capstone project per year, often co-designed with an industry partner. Projects are assessed jointly by faculty and external professionals, giving students a portfolio they can show in interviews.

Work-study (alternance)

Most diploma programs can be taken as full-time or work-study (apprenticeship or professionalisation contract). In work-study mode, students alternate between the campus and their employer (typically 2 days school / 3 days company, or 1 week / 1 week depending on the programme), with continuous follow-up by a dedicated tutor.
